Working Principle of the Counter Flow Closed Cooling Tower:
This type cooling tower air inlet from bottom, counter flow, meet with the droping spraying water, produce the saturated moist hot air, the heat air exhaust by the fan from the top, the cooled moist water collected by the specail designed water collector on the tope of the coil pipe, this type cooling tower there is no fillings. There is enough space for increase the coil unit heat radiating area, the whole cooling tower take less space. Specially suitable for the low temperature or small temperature difference liquid cooling.
This counter flow cooling tower mainly apply for: Casting, forging, central air conditioning, energy, electricity, chemical, heat treatment, boiler and other industies.

1, Fan, air trunk:
The fan adopt the three proof motor which suitable for indoor/outdorr, anti-corrosion, IP55, insulation level F, to ensure the service life.
Low noise, high transmission efficiency, no slip when meet water. Wind induced trunk, use the air flow field theory, reduces the eddy zone, reduces the flow resistance, reduces the energy loss of the air outlet by 34%, which is helpful to improve the air volume of fan and the efficiency of the fan, reduce the back flow and the noise.
2.Cooling coil(cold water outlet):
2.1 High quality T2 purple copper pipe, design stand by pressure 1.6Mpa.
2.2 SS304 pipe, design stand by pressure 1.6Mpa.
All of these two kind of pipes coil , must after three times 2.5Mpa pressure test.
3.Cooling tower shell
Adopt imported coated galvanized steel, consist of aluminum (weight ratio of 55%, the surface volume ratio of 80%), zinc (weight ratio of 43.3%) and silicon (weight ratio of 1.6%), it is one of the most resistant to corrosion and heat resistance,and the service life is 3-6 times of ordinary Z275 galvanized sheet.According to the special needs, can also use 304 or 316 stainless steel plate.
4.Air-inlet grille(PVC air-inlet grill)
Prevent water from splashing, anti dust, anti sunlight, big inlet air volume, small wind resistance, reduce the energy consumption of the fan, and there will be no spray water splashing. It can avoid the sun exposure to the interior of the water tank, ensure the quality and temperature of spray water, prevent dust and algae breeding effectively.
5.Spray pump, circulating pump
Adopt integral type centrifugal water pump with mechanical seal, all uses waterproof motor, low water head delivery, big water flow, small power consumption.
6.Water collector
The clamp net type water receiving device which is made of the PVC material, is used for blocking the water back to the tank, has no influence on the wind pressure, and is convenient to be disassembled.
7.Spray head(Shower nozzle)
The ABS and PP materials are used for a new type of flower orchid nozzle which has high strength, long service life, fine water drop, uniform water spray, large water distribution area and good cooling effect. Reduce the loss of spray pump effectively .
8.Control system (remote)
All fan pumps can be designed of intelligent frequency conversion, and the fans and pumps can be controlled with the main system. (optional)

9.Stainless steel water tank
The circulating water tank is made of 304 stainless steel plate, and the liquid level alarm is arranged in the water tank. Circulating cooling medium is closed, but there is still a small amount of loss, level gauge automatic measurement and alarm, in order to supply coolant timely.
